While visiting in Des Moines, I tore up a tire late on a Saturday dark by striking a curb. I was concerned it. Ishtar take days but I found a Firestone shop open up for business on a Sunday. When I called, the managing director said he had a uniform tire and if I came over, he could have me back on the route in 30 minutes. And he did, in sterling fashion. He changed the tire, also repaired The donut spare, repacked it in the bad-mannered location under the trunk, all within about 45 minutes. I was totally impressed. Unfortunately, I don't think Firestone has shops where I am, in N Carolina.

After much research, I went to Firestone Consummate Auto Intendance at 1200 S Magnolia Ave in Anaheim for tires and service for my wife's car and my car. The Sales and Service Specialist ** helped united states of america. ** found us the nearly discounts available and went far and above to assistance u.s. with the servicing of our vehicles. For example - I paid $10 to have my vehicle tested for tires, brakes, suspension, etc. They adamant that I needed new front brake pads and quoted me a discounted cost. When I came back to have the work done - they had forgotten to cheque the thickness of the rotors. Information technology turned out the rotors were too thin and also needed to be replaced. ** told me that it was their error and I was not charged anything for the new rotors, merely the original estimated cost I had been given.
Never take I always had an automotive repair company exercise this - I am 75 years old and accept had many car repairs done in my time. The client service here is the accented all-time and the piece of work performed is top-notch. No corners were cut. My car has non handled this well since I bought it new. I have used Firestone for my cars for fifteen plus years. I experience that they have always been upfront with me, I tin trust them and what they recommend for service or repairs on my vehicles. Pricing is fair and being a Firestone card holder I become lots of discounts and deals! Service is normally done in the fourth dimension frame that I'one thousand told and employees are very friendly and explains everything so that I empathize what needs to exist done. Very friendly and helpful people at my Firestone. They always take the time needed to explicate to me what is going on and what is needed to fix it. The last fourth dimension I was in was for i of me tires. It looked and ran flat. However after checking information technology out the problem was that the tire was merely depression. I've had no bug with this tire since then.

The team at 027022 store in Mesa AZ does a very good task on all service my Mustang has needed. With their service and repairs my car has reached twenty years of age and I owe it all to this team. Exercise not pay for a lifetime alignment. I have taken my truck in twice for an alignment with an engagement. I also had an oil modify done. Both times was told needed truck all 24-hour interval and then dropped it off. It was there all solar day. Alignment was not done. Told could non get to it both times and will need to bring back which I have tried iii times and can not get done unless I exit it all day once more. I will now have to pay someone else to do information technology as tires are now wearing out on outside. But a scam.

I took my motorcar into the Cartersville, Georgia location for a tire rotation yesterday. The "within sales" guy (as I prefer to call him) immediately began to talk me into paying for services that I did not need, such as brakes and spark plugs. I was existence quoted $900 for an oil change, spark plugs and brakes. I had to look for three hours, then as I was checking out, I was told that a detailed receipt could not be printed but that a receipt would be emailed to me within the hour.
As of today, I have not received any statement, invoice or receipt showing the services allegedly performed. Then, one hour afterward I left the store, I tried to crank my machine and the battery was expressionless. I had to call roadside aid, who said that the battery would demand to be replaced. This morning, i of my tires was apartment. I chosen the store to discuss this problem and I was hung upward on. They attempt to button people into paying more money for services that are non necessary, and specially target females that are unfamiliar with the innerworkings of a vehicle. I am glad I went to law school and will definitely pursue this matter further until the place is held accountable.

I needed to utilize my Firestone credit bill of fare as it was going to exist closed soon if not used. I didn't need tires but found a amazing deal on a set up
For my vehicle. $39.99 to be exact so I toll them out the door and gear up an appointment upwardly to also accept installed. Didn't need but great price and knew it was probably a mistake in pricing. I chosen to double bank check and was told by the Bellevue location that this tire had been discontinued years agone and they had no command over it. I called the 800 number and was told they would see if store would honor toll. That was a no. I have screenshots of pricing. When I was a manager at a large retail store with pricing errors nosotros had to laurels it. If this produce was discontinued years agone as I was told it should come up for availability.

Why? Why did Firestone in Carpentersville, IL hire a reject from Firestone in Lake In The Hills, IL? That'southward exactly what they did. We brought our 2005 Toyota Highlander in just for an oil modify. Several hours later, we never got a call from George, the refuse employee from the Lake In The Hills Firestone. We called him and he told us to come and choice upwardly our automobile. Ane cake away from Firestone, the power steering went out and the restriction low-cal went on. Looks like George screwed around with our machine once more. George was trying to get back at us for leaving him a negative review from the starting time time he ripped u.s.a. off from thousands of dollars for repairs that never needed to be washed, and George even admitted to this. So, I enquire again, why? Why did Firestone in Carpentersville rent George, the reject employee from the other store?

1/26/22-Removed apartment forepart tire with nail. 4 tires bought from them 10/2021. Nail close to rim then they said they were putting on new tire. Told me I needed a battery and wiper blades and I told them I bought them from them 10/2021. They replaced the battery and the tire for $51. six days afterwards, back tire apartment. Blast in exact place as was in forepart tire!!??? They don't tow. Had to be towed to a tire place. In that location was a blast close to the rim so I needed a new tire! There was not a new tire from Firestone-they all had the same wear!! They took the tire with the boom, added air and put it on the back and put back tire on front. My tow and tire cost was $300+. They offered to render $51 I paid them on 1/26!!! Minor claims is my next step. Later on posting on Facebook, many responses about how awful this place treated them too!!
